DESCRIPTION: 2c carmine, experimental coil, vertical paste-up strip of 4, Ottawa precancel, showing many interesting bar varieties. OG, NH. Minor spots of gum loss at perf tips, as gum quite often didn't go all the way to the edges. Rarely seen this nice, a showpiece!
